The last agent I had was so difficult to work with. They never answered their phone, I never talked to the same person, and I kept getting different answers. I finally decided to try a new agent and wow! Inside Insurance is exceptional. They were professional, I got a great quote within 20 minutes, and a new policy within hours. Why didn’t I switch to them years ago?!? For me, customer service and efficiency is just as important as a good insurance rate and I highly recommend them. Thank you Matthias and IJ.
