Your insurance carrier will be handling the claim and will need all of the details of the incident, such as time, location, what happened, etc.

There are 2 ways you can get this information to them.

  1.  File the claim directly with your insurance carrier. Their contact info is right below. Most carriers are available 24 hours a day. Call them whenever it is convenient for you.

Once the claim is filed, an adjuster will be assigned and they’ll be in touch to work out the details.
