One of the reasons I love Inside Insurance is because I know that Todd my agent cares about me personally. He checks in on me periodically throughout the year to make sure things are going well and see if I need any changes, and as I get closer to renewing my policy he lets me know that he personally is checking for lower rates or better policies.
