- Type of home (rambler, bungalow, 2Â story, etc)
- Basement (Y/N). What % is finished?
- Total finished square feet (not including basement)
- Exterior finish (brick, stucco, siding, etc)
- Roof material (asphalt shingles, tiles, tar/gravel, etc)
- Age of Roof
- Do you have any items that need to be scheduled (jewelry, firearms, fine arts, etc)
 Auto Insurance Information:
- Year, Make, and Model of each vehicle
- Provide VIN if available (these should be listed on current declarations page)
- Primary driver
- Liability Limits (100/300/100, 50/100/50, etc)
- Comp and collision deductibles (if applicable)
- Loan or Lease information (if applicable)
