Job Description

We are looking for a new Team Member to join us in this endeavor as an inside sales producer. This new team member will be responsible for cultivating relationships and selling insurance to prospective clients. We generate all leads for the office, you will not be required to join networking groups, knock doors, cold call, etc. You will work with the producing agents in the office (both of us) to help manage, educate, and close the referrals and leads we are generating. You will also build relationships with our current clients and look for opportunities to provide better value to them.

Salary

Generous base pay + commission for each policy sold. Our expected pay range is $40,000 – $65,000 annually

It will take you several months to learn our products and our sales process, so expect a ramp-up period as you build your pipeline. Also, keep in mind that this is a sales position and your income can and will fluctuate monthly.

Work Environment

Our agency loves to utilize technology to both improve our lives as well as the lives of our clients. Our entire team works remotely. Training will likely be in the office until you demonstrate proficiency in our systems and sales processes. From then on, you’re welcome to work remotely if desired.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with current and future clients

• Prepare and Present Insurance Proposals for new leads

• Maintain contact with new leads during the buying cycle

• Convert leads to clients (make sales :) )

• Review current clients needs and provide additional education and solutions for those needs

Qualifications

• Must have a desire to serve clients above your own self-promotion

• Must enjoy seeing others win as much as you

• Must be able to explain concepts to clients in a way to help them understand

• Must be an honest, ethical person who respects our clients’ privacy and maintains confidentiality at all times.

• Must be self-motivated and not need a taskmaster to keep you working effectively

• Must enjoy working with technology

• Must be hungry and go the extra mile to grow our clientele

• Utah P & C license preferred, but NOT required. Must be willing to get licensed prior to, or within 30 days of starting
